Inside Hope Functional Medicine
At Hope Functional Medicine, we believe healing starts by looking deeper. Founded and led by a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with certification in Functional Medicine through the American Academy of Functional Health (AAFH) as well as training through the Institute of Functional Medicine (IFM), we provide science-backed, personalized care for adults across Montana.
With a strong foundation in allopathic medicine, our approach blends advanced lab testing, nutritional therapy, and lifestyle coaching to get to the root causes of symptoms—not just manage them. We specialize in gut health, autoimmune conditions, skin issues, and chronic inflammation, offering compassionate care that respects your story and empowers your choices.
Hope Functional Medicine is guided by values that reflect both medical excellence and heart: Science-backed. Empathetic. Respectful.
Meet Your Provider
Hi, I’m Sadra Thomas, a Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Colorado and two decades of experience in healthcare. I’ve been serving patients in Rheumatology since 2021 in Great Falls, MT.
My journey into Functional Medicine began when I worked alongside a cardiologist in Denver who shared how this approach had saved his own life. Seeing remarkable healing in our wound care patients, and subsequently in myself, through this lens confirmed what I already knew: this was my calling.
Now, I’m honored to bring Functional Medicine to the North-Central Montana region—offering care that’s personal, evidence-based, and truly transformative.
